Tori Bennett

I am a Resident in Counseling, dedicated to supporting adolescents through life's challenges. With experience in both public and private school settings as a school counselor, I work with teens navigating anxiety, perfectionism, family stress, learning differences, neurodivergence, emotional regulation challenges, and other mental health concerns.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and relationship-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I work closely with families and other professionals when appropriate, helping clients build skills, strengthen resilience, and access the resources they need to thrive.

I believe that meaningful change happens through connection, trust, and a focus on each individual's unique strengths. My goal is to help adolescents navigate difficult seasons while fostering lasting growth and well-being.
