I'd love to invite you to Meditation Moments, a 90-minute, mindfulness for teens session at my studio. If you have a larger group, I can come to your space instead. During our time together, I'll set an intention for each of you to benefit in the way your body needs most.


I'll teach you some simple somatic activities that help calm your nervous system. These techniques are easy to do and can be used anytime, anywhere.


After this gentle start, we'll move into a deeper relaxation with a guided meditation, accompanied by the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. We'll end the session with a blessing, leaving you feeling peaceful, grounded, and whole.
